How to Use the Alaskan Combination Formulas
Each combination formula can be used as though it was an individual essence and taken internally at both the stock and dosage level. Follow the instructions given on the "How to Use" page for making dosage bottles.
For external application use the essences at the stock level. Several drops may be added to massage oils, lotions, and salves, or to your bath water. These formulas may also be broadcast into your environment by placing several drops in a bowl of water or an indoor fountain, or by preparing a misting or spritzer bottle.
To make up a spritzer bottle, fill the bottle with pure or filtered water and add several drops of your chosen formula along with any essential oils you wish to use. The oils will act as a preservative, so you do not need to add any alcohol. If you do not want to use essential oils, use smaller bottles and keep them cool when not in use. Separate bottles can be made up for your home and office and are a wonderful way to refresh your energy field or that of your surroundings, wherever you are.
Spritzer bottles are especially helpful when you want to administer a combination essence to someone who is unconscious or unable to drink, or to an animal that is injured or frightened.
