As well as the individual essences, Ian has developed a range of combinations which are helpful in specific situations. Emergency Essence, for example, is used in any emergency. It is great for keeping one calm and grounded. People who suffer from anxiety attacks often carry a bottle with them and find it helpful if they feel an attack coming on. There's also a combination called Cognis Essence which people find helpful to clear the head when concentration is needed. Whilst studying or taking an exam for example. People find it really works! There's also a combination called Travel Essence that can help with problems associated with travel, e.g. sickness, jet lag, anxieties or fear of flying.
