The Australian Bush Flower Essences are borne in the full strength of the Australian sun. These essences are often ideal for the first layer of healing, working quickly on immediate problems that are preventing us from living our lives to the full.

As well as the individual essences, Ian has developed a range of combinations which are helpful in specific situations. Emergency Essence, for example, is used in any emergency. It is great for keeping one calm and grounded. People who suffer from anxiety attacks often carry a bottle with them and find it helpful if they feel an attack coming on. There's also a combination called Cognis Essence which people find helpful to clear the head when concentration is needed. Whilst studying or taking an exam for example. People find it really works! There's also a combination called Travel Essence that can help with problems associated with travel, e.g. sickness, jet lag, anxieties or fear of flying. Ian White, who has developed this range over many years, is a fifth generation herbalist and grew up in the Australian bush. As a young boy his grandmother, like her mother before her, specialized in using Australian plants and would often take him into the bush. From her deep understanding she would point out the many healing plants and flowers. He learned a profound respect for nature through her and he too became a practitioner and started working with native plants.
