Truly Divine - Light Heart Essences
When we first opened the box of Rose Titchiner's' Truly Divine' range of essence combinations we could feel the light energy coming off them. They are a lovely addition to our ranges.
Light Heart Flower Essences are created by spiritual healer, flower essence maker and flower essence therapist, Rose Titchiner. Rose has been working with flower essences for the last 33 years. In the past 11 years, in search of healing answers to the many mental, emotional and spiritual questions of this time, Rose has created the Light Heart Essences, in partnership with those in spirit who inspire and work with her.
These essences are made from flowers, trees and plants grown organically in the 2 acres surrounding Rose's home in Suffolk, or in nearby wildflower meadows and wildlife habitats. Some essences incorporate gems and crystals, some are environmental essences and some are made solely with light and intention.
Light Heart Essences ask us to look at what governs our choices and our reactions - and at whether we allow our choices to be dictated by fear, judgment and conditioning, or whether instead we allow ourselves to experience our peace, our love, our joy, our truth and our innate wholeness and goodness. They encourage us to realise that we are not victims, but are instead the powerful authors of our experience.
As well as these beautiful essences, Rose has created a handbook and inspirational card set to help with intuitive selection of essences and our understanding of each one.
