Imagine walking in a wood on a bright Spring day, where the sun streams through the delicate young leaves of oak, ash, birch and beech, creating a wondrous sanctuary filled with soft green light. It is like being in Nature’s own cathedral with the high arching boughs of the trees and the hushed tranquillity of the atmosphere. Bluebells, Greater Stitchwort and newly-opening ferns dapple the floor with their colour. It is a place to sit and rest and feel the brimming vitality of Nature seeping into one’s core.
