This 10ml bottle can be used as either a 'stock' or a 'dosage' bottle.

A 'stock' bottle is a concentrate that can be diluted to create a 'dosage' strength bottle.
There is no problem about taking the Essences directly from 'stock', they just won't last as long.
The normal dilution for the Bach Flower Remedies is 2 drops from 'stock' diluted into a 30ml brandy solution at 25% brandy topped up with spring water and then the normal dosage would be 4 drops 4 times daily.
