Holly Bach Flower Remedy
is the remedy for anger based specifically on hatred, suspicion, envy or jealousy. Holly is for very negative, aggressive feelings directed at others. The basic problem is an absence of love, and the remedy works to encourage generosity of spirit and openness towards others.

This 10ml bottle can be used as either a 'stock' or a 'dosage' bottle.
A 'stock' bottle is a concentrate that can be diluted to create a 'dosage' strength bottle.
There is no problem about taking the Essences directly from 'stock', they just won't last as long.
The normal dilution for the Bach Flower Remedies is 2 drops from 'stock' diluted into a 30ml brandy solution at 25% brandy topped up with spring water and then the normal dosage would be 4 drops 4 times daily.
