Now in it's 5th edition, this handbook, originally written by Arthur Bailey, has been updated by his step daughter Rebecca Hunter. As well as including the more recent essences and composite essences, this new edition contains beautiful photographs of the flowers by Arthur's wife, Chris, and they add a significant dimension to the descriptions of the essences. Rebecca has also added informative notes for essences such as the moon phase or location where it was made.

The handbook includes all the Five Elements Essences as well.
