    Shipping & Returns

Since the corona virus situation things have never got 'back to normal'. We are still noticing that significant delays are occasionally occurring with delivery, both within the UK and internationally.

Although 98.5% of postal deliveries get through as normal, please be patient and allow for up to 2 weeks within the UK and up to 5 weeks for international delivery. It is usually quicker but the shipping and delivery services are very variable at the moment.

    SHIPPING

We aim to provide the best level of service possible and can normally send your order out within 24 hours (weekdays). 99.9% of the time you will receive your order over the next couple of days (UK) but please allow up to 22 days for delivery as the Post Office does, very occasionally, slip up. In our experience missing orders usually turn up back here with a "not called for" sticker so if a package is late it is a good idea to check if it is being held at your local distribution centre (the postie is supposed to put a card through your letterbox but they don't always do so).
For smaller UK orders you can now choose 1st or 2nd class post. All orders over 2 Kg are sent by courier.

We try to keep this website up to date but if there will be a delay of more than a couple of days due to a stock shortage we will let you know and tell you how long it is likely to be and you can cancel your order at any time for a full refund, or part refund if you only want to cancel part of the order.

We take full responsibility if there are any shipping errors on our part and will pay any postage costs for correcting our mistakes to your complete satisfaction.
    RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of receipt, you can return it to us in it's original condition (unopened) for a refund, less postage. There is also a 7% card processing fee deducted for refunds on order returns over £20 as we don't get back the cost of processing and then refunding a card payment.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Due to deterioration of international services, International orders are now sent by tracked airmail or by courier. Unfortunately this does add to the cost but ensures that fewer parcels go missing.

Please note there may be import duties, tariffs and taxes which you will need to pay in order to receive your shipment. All non UK duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure you are aware of what you will be asked to pay and be ready to arrange payment or your parcel will be held up. Healthlines is not responsible for any non UK taxes, duties or tariffs.

    EUROPE

It has become prohibitively complicated to send items to Europe via the Post Office. It takes forever and then usually comes back with no explanation. that is why we are now exclusively using courier to send orders to Europe.

IF YOU LIVE IN THE NORTH OF REP. IRELAND there is an alternative that we have found works well. There is a service called Ooh Pod that offers lock up parcel lockers just over the border in N. Ireland. We can post your order using the post office for you to collect from there and take back into Ireland. This avoids additional customs charges and is very quick. Please Google it for more information.

    RATES

The Post Office has just (April 2016) put it's prices up again. This means that a small order of just one bottle costs the same to send as medium sized orders but, in order to make it less proportionately, we have introduced a single bottle step at a below cost price. Also, although we are obliged to charge VAT on shipping (20% of the prices below go to the treasury), we can't claim it back on the postage we pay so it seems quite expensive. We don't aim to make any money on shipping charges but just aim to cover the true costs.
Please note, a small supplement may be added during the checkout process if books, practitioner boxes or empty bottles make up part of your order.
