    FLOWER ESSENCES

These vibrational essences are intended to support your wellbeing, growth and development by helping you to move through issues that you haven't yet fully resolved at an energetic level (emotional, etheric etc). Although you may find that symptoms can clear up while you are taking essences, they are not intended as an alternative to medical treatment for illness or disease. If in doubt, please consult a qualified practitioner.

    SHIPPING

We aim to provide the best level of service possible and can normally send your order out within 24 hours (weekdays). 99.9% of the time you will receive your order over the next couple of days (UK) but please allow up to 22 days for delivery as the Post Office does, very occasionally, slip up. In our experience missing orders usually turn up back here with a "not called for" sticker so if a package is late it is a good idea to check if it is being held at your local distribution centre (the postie is supposed to put a card through your letterbox but they don't always do so).

UK orders up to 1.5 kg are sent by 1st class post or by Standard Parcel or courier for heavier orders. International orders are sent by airmail or by courier for heavier orders

If there is a delay due to a stock shortage we will let you know and tell you how long it is likely to be and you can cancel your order at any time for a full refund, or part refund if you only want to cancel part of the order. If the delay is likely to be more than a few days (unusual) we will always send the rest of your order on first at no extra charge.

    RETURNS

If you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days of receipt, you can return it to us, at your own expense, in it's original condition (unopened with any seals intact) for a full refund, less postage charged but please make sure it is well packaged up as we are unable to refund anything broken on it's return trip but please note, we are unable to give refunds for Personalised Combinations of Essences (PCombi's) that have been made up to your specific requirements.

An extra delivery charge may be made if you have given an incorrect address and the package needs to be re-sent or if the delivery service try but are unable to deliver it to the correct address.

We take full responsibility if there are any shipping errors on our part and will pay any postage costs for correcting our mistakes to your complete satisfaction.

    CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order before we have sent it for a full refund by phoning or emailing us and giving your name and order ID.

We reserve the right to cancel your order and give a full refund if we are unable to deliver to you using our normal shipping methods.

If we do cancel your order we will refund your credit card as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

TAXES AND DUTIES ON INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

Small packages are sent by the postal air mail service and larger orders will be sent by international courier. Please note there may be import duties, tariffs and taxes which you will need to pay in order to receive your shipment. All non UK duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please make sure you are aware of what you will be asked to pay and be ready to arrange payment or your parcel will be held up. Healthlines is not responsible for any non UK taxes, duties or tariffs.
